Jeffrey Foster, 62, of Armington, tragically lost his life in a motorcycle crash on Saturday evening near Mackinaw, Illinois, leaving his family, friends, and community in mourning.

The collision occurred shortly before 6:20 p.m. at the intersection of Illinois Route 9 and Leopold Street. Authorities reported that the crash involved a motorcycle and a pickup truck. Foster, who was the only person riding the motorcycle, sustained severe injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.

Tazewell County Coroner Charles Hanley identified the victim as Jeffrey Foster. An autopsy later determined that he died from multiple blunt-force injuries resulting from the collision.
